TWR in the Philippines

TWR’s involvement in the Philippines began at the Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary at the Fairbanks Media Center. Translations of the Women of Hope program were produced in the Philippines using the Tagalog title, IIaw ng Pag-Asa. In 2002, the ministry moved to northern Luzon and set up operations in Baguio City, and was TWR-Philippines was officially registered in 2003.

In December 2008, a partnership with Manila Broadcasting Company’s ‘Radyo Natin’ – known as one of the most extensive FM networks in the Philippines – paved the way for TWR-Philippines’ programs to air on more than 100 FM stations nationwide.
