Executive Assistant to International Director, South Asia

Role You will provide the International Director with executive and administrative support to enable smooth ministry operations and development. You will assist with drafting strategic plans, proposals and agreements; project coordination; organizing and tracking budget information, workflows and processes; ensuring effective and timely communications between different stakeholders; and providing other secretarial assistance.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a diploma with 5 years of relevant administrative / secretarial experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with a “can do” servant attitude.
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and possess an eye for detail.
  • Possess a mature and pleasant personality with good people, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Highly proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel when required.

Finance / Accounting Volunteer

Role You will assist with general accounting, finance and administration support, so that our teams can receive timely financial information and resources for the work of the ministry.
Requirements
  • Possess some experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in English language and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Team player with a pleasant personality, people skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to serve others.
  • Able to volunteer 2-3 times a week.

Administrative Support Volunteer

Role You will assist with general administration and support (which includes training and/or fundraising events) to enhance backbone services and increase resources for ministry effectiveness and advancement.

  • Team player with a pleasant personality, people skills and a servant heart.
  • Able to volunteer 2-3 times a week.

Japan Ministry Prayer Volunteer

Role You join other committed prayer intercessors to pray for the well-being and spiritual revival of Japan and her people.
Requirements
  • Possess a burning passion to see revival touch Japan and the Japanese.
  • Willing to commit time to pray regularly for Japan and the ministry.

Length Of Service Once a month, on the first Tuesday of each month.

Women’s Ministry Prayer Champion

Role You will mobilize, lead and inspire other women to pray for TWR’s Women of Hope work in Asia and around the world.
Requirements
  • Practice a prayerful lifestyle, with a deep passion for intercession and a yearning to see God transform the lives of women.
  • An effective communicator and mobilizer who is compassionate, mature, and visionary.
  • A servant leader who models humility, able to relate to people from all walks of life.
  • Possess some Christian ministry leadership experience.
  • Proficient in the English language as well as a second Asian language.
Department Southeast Asia Ministry, based in the Singapore office
Length Of Service At least 2-3 times a month.

Singapore Migrant Ministry Volunteer

Role You introduce, distribute and partner with Christian networks, churches and organizations who reach out to migrant workers in Singapore to avail new media resources packed with quality evangelistic and discipleship content in their heart languages to them.
Requirements
  • Understand God’s heart for the migrant workers, and possess a desire to see them come to Jesus.
  • Possess a friendly, helpful, and collaborative disposition
  • Willing to go places to serve on weekends, public holidays or in the evenings when required.
Department Southeast Asia Ministry, based in the Singapore office
Length Of Service At least 2-3 times a month, or on an ad-hoc, project basis.
