Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. (Hebrews 13:7)

All across Asia, the Holy Spirit is working to touch lives and bring more people to spiritual salvation. However, with the increase in the number of new believers comes a need for leaders to rise up and shepherd His flock effectively. TWR-Asia works with the local churches to help raise and train new church leaders and strengthen existing ones through the Church Leadership and Development initiative, and to also increase evangelistic and discipleship initiatives through various means (i.e. radio, Internet, on the ground training). This is in order that these leaders can serve the Church and their members more effectively, and build strong churches across Asia.
